Introduction
A few months after the pandemic began to significantly impact our daily lives and operations, we at TRU made the strategic decision to replace our highly anticipated and crucial Open House event, which plays a vital role in our recruitment efforts, with an innovative virtual experience. This decision was made to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants while still providing an engaging and informative platform for prospective students. The stakeholders, recognizing the importance of maintaining a strong connection with potential students, requested that I develop a comprehensive one-page experience. This page was to be meticulously designed to include every conceivable piece of information that a prospective student might need or want to know about TRU, from academic programs and campus life to financial aid options and student support services.
