Introduction
Before the first full semester of studies at TRU transitioned to online delivery as a result of the COVID-19 restrictions, there was a significant amount of uncertainty and curiosity among students, faculty, and staff about what the experience of attending university in a virtual environment would entail. Many wondered how lectures would be conducted, how interactions with professors and peers would be managed, and how assessments and exams would be administered.
This page was designed to serve as a comprehensive resource, a one-stop-shop, where students could find detailed answers to their myriad questions, ranging from technical requirements and online learning tools to tips for staying engaged and motivated in a remote learning setting.
